Terms of Service

YHWH Systems, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging services from YHWH Systems, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

YHWH Systems, LLC provides IT services including, but not limited to:

• Computer repair and troubleshooting
• Malware removal and system optimization
• Data recovery services
• Managed IT services and consulting

Services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise defined in a written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about systems and issues
• Maintain backups of important data
• Ensure legal ownership or authorization for devices serviced
• Follow provided guidance and recommendations

4. Data Backup & Liability

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

YHWH Systems, LLC is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances, including during repair, recovery attempts, or system modification.

5. Service Limitations

• Not all issues can be resolved
• Hardware failures may limit recovery or repair success
• Estimated timelines are not guaranteed

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Devices may be withheld until payment is received.

7. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or utilize third-party services, software, or vendors when necessary.

YHWH Systems, LLC is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party providers.

8. Warranty & Guarantees

Labor for new hardware installations may include a limited 30-day service guarantee.

No guarantees are made regarding long-term system performance or prevention of future issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YHWH Systems, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business operations
• Issues arising from third-party systems or software

10. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including in cases of abusive behavior, illegal activity, or unsafe conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
